As a regional hosting leader, we have established a scalable and interconnected data center platform that meets the growing needs of businesses while contributing to the development of local economic actors. Our company’s core mission is deeply rooted in this territorial anchoring and support for the local economy.

Supporting Social Economy Actors
We are actively involved with social economy actors to enrich local communities. In 2023, we made purchases from the sheltered sector, accounting for 71% of our green space maintenance services.
For instance, the green spaces at our Lille #3 site have been maintained for several years by Ateliers Watteau, an organization dedicated to providing professional activities for workers with disabilities. According to Romain, Site Manager at Lille #3 :
“For several years, Ateliers Watteau’s employees have been maintaining the green spaces at the site. This partnership is long-term and supports a local service provider.”
Favoring Local Partnerships
We also strive to prioritize partnerships with local businesses for our clients’ installation projects. This has led to successful collaborations with startups and local companies that provide innovative and sustainable solutions.
A notable example is our partnership with Enercool, a young Nantes-based startup specializing in cool roof solutions. In 2023, Enercool painted the roofs of several of our Western sites white to reduce our buildings’ energy consumption. According to David Viroulaud, Site Manager at Nantes #1:
“Enercool is a young Nantes-based startup specializing in cool roof solutions. They offer to reduce our buildings’ energy consumption by painting the roofs white. In 2023, Enercool painted the roofs of several of our Western sites. We immediately noticed a reduction in surface temperature.”
