In 2023, Etix Everywhere articulated its purpose to resonate deeply with our core values and shape our Human Resources strategy. As Etix Everywhere continues to grow, we have added six new sites in 2022 and 2023. By the end of 2023, our team had grown to 69 employees, with 51 in France, 1 in Belgium, and 17 in Thailand, representing a 23% increase compared to 2022.

At Etix Everywhere, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment through a variety of intra-professional initiatives. Our team-building activities play a crucial role in strengthening relationships and promoting collaboration among colleagues. Regular team meals provide opportunities for informal interactions and help build a sense of community within our workforce.
We also prioritize proactive measures for employee well-being, such as hosting workshops like the “Fresque du Climat” to raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage sustainable practices. These initiatives are designed to not only enhance our workplace culture but also align with our commitment to social responsibility and personal growth.

During our annual team-building event, all our French employees gathered to participate in a Climate Fresk workshop. This interactive session provided a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of the urgent climate challenges we face and explore actionable steps we can take to address them.
